An early morning fire outbreak razed some parts of Araromi Market at Agodi Gate, Ibadan, in Oyo State where several shops and properties were destroyed.
The cause of the inferno is yet to be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
A trader, Samson who deals in Toyota spare parts, said such tragedy was last witnessed in the market in 1983 and even not on such large scale level of destruction.
