The Chairman Senate Committee on Local Content and lawmaker representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Senator Teslim Folarin has selected another 1000 youths for empowerment tainings.
This week’s trainings, which are holding three days after Batch “A” 5-day empowerment trainings of 500 constituents, also focus on ICT Skill Acquisition, and Elementary Management Techniques for Cooperators, Sole Traders and Partners in Oyo Central Senatorial District.
Participants from Afijio, Atiba, Oyo East and Oyo West LGAs of Oyo Central Senatorial District undergoing their trainings at Omajid Events Center and IPMAN Event Centre.
Participants from Ona-Ara, Oluyole, Lagelu, Egbeda and Akinyele LGAs are receiving their trainings at Jesus The Rock Hall Jegede and ENIF Event Centre and Hotel, Akobo Ibadan, while those from Surulere and Ogo-Oluwa LGAs are converging at Resort Center Igbo Ile and Opete Community Hall, Otamokun respectively.
The Batch B trainings kicked off on Monday 27h September and ends on Thursday 30th September, 2021 with immediate start-up grants.
The three-term senator has so far empowered 1,500 constituents within two weeks.
