Oyo State All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman-elect, Hon. Isaac Omodewu has expressed his heartfelt condolence to Senator Teslim Folarin over the passing of his wife, Barrister Angela Folarin.
Omodewu in a statement issued yesterday, said: “These are dark times in Oyo State. We have not recovered from the deep scars created by the recent loss of many eminent personalities in the state. Yet, death has snatched the elegant, affable and humane Barrister Angela Folarin.
Omodewu noted that Barrister Folarin held the home front with uncommon panache and contributed immensely to the aspirations of her husband over the years, adding that: “It is shocking and painful that Senator Folarin has lost his firmest pillar of support. One can only imagine the enormity of the void created by her demise.”
He beseeched God to grant the soul of Barrister Folarin sweet repose and endow Distinguished Senator Folarin, the family, members of Oyo APC and the entire citizens of the state with the fortitude to bear the huge loss.
