There is palpable tension in Aremo area of Ibadan as Governor Seyi Makinde’s appointee, Mr. Mukaila Lamidi Auxiliary and his gang storm the area, in preparation to launch attacks on some notable members of National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).
According to an impeccable source, “Governor Seyi ordered Auxiliary to write names of all NURTW members they want to start arresting from this night. As I am writing this list, Auxiliary and Park Managers are at Aremo Central Body, NURTW office. Almost 30 buses loaded with guns, cutlasses and other dangerous weapons are parked there”
The News Carrier NG exclusively sighted a 21-man list that may likely be victims of the planned attacks.
The News Carrier NG reports that Ibadan has been witnessing bloody wars for the past few days as a result of Auxiliary-led gang’s unabated clashes with Federal Boys and Sunday Igboho boys
Deaths and high degree of injuries have been recorded. Residents and traders are largely affected by the bloody fracas.
