A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Engr Idris Adeoye, has congratulated former Chairman of Ibadan South East Local Government, Hon. Akeem Olatunji (Akogun) and Hon. Mojeed Olaoya, APC Oyo South Senatorial Chairman, on the occasion of their birthdays.
In a statement released to commemorate the occasion, Engr Adeoye praised Hon. Olatunji’s loyalty and doggedness, despite the challenging political landscape. “We have weathered the storm together over the years, and I can attest to your tenacity and capacity to move forward in the face of adversity,” he said.
Engr Adeoye also prayed for Hon. Olatunji’s long life and good health, saying, “May Almighty Allah grant you many years of fulfillment and good health to continue serving God and humanity.”
In the same vein, Engr Adeoye commended Hon. Mojeed Olaoya for his immense contributions to the growth and development of the APC in Oyo State. He acknowledged Hon. Olaoya’s critical role as former APC scribe in the state and now as Senatorial Chairman, consolidating on the party’s popularity across the Oyo South Senatorial District.
Engr Adeoye concluded by wishing both celebrants a happy birthday and many years of service to the nation.
