The Chief Imam of Oyoland and other top Islamic clerics in the ancient town of Oyo on Saturday performed Janazah prayers for late top-class monarch, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III.
The monarch, who died Friday, was buried in obedience to Islamic injunctions and in compliance with his directive before he died.
Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III reigned for almost 52 years.
