…Donates N0.5m M As Community Support At Gbongan Olufi Day
Senator Representing Osun West Senatorial district at the Upper Chamber of the National legislative house, Senator Adelere Oriolowo has said he is working on how to improve electricity supply to Irewole and Ayeedaade local government of Osun state.
He made this known today at Gbongan Olufi Day through his representative at the event, Hon TajudeenAyofe-Adisa, a Legislative Aide to the Senate President.
Both local government usually suffer epileptic power supply despite boasting of a large number of startups in the local government but the Senator has assure them he’s already working on how to change the narrative of epileptic power supply in the communities of Ayeedaade and Irewole local governments.
Senator Oriolowo use the opportunity to celebrate the paramount ruler of Gbongan Oba Adegboyega Oyeniyi, sons and daughters of the community for supporting him and promise to always work for the development of the town such is why he chose Gbongan as the centre for one of his sustainable developmental intervention project(Farm Estate) among numerous other projects.
He extolled the Executive Governor of the state, Governor Gboyega Oyetola for lifting the state forward despite the economic restraint in the nation, and equally recognized the presence of all other lawmakers present at the event.
The Senator thereafter donated the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (#500,000) to the development of Gbongan Town and promise to always support plans to develop the ancient town.
