Former senate leader and 2023 governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC, Senator Teslim Folarin has extended goodwill message to honourable representing Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency, Engr. Remi Oseni, as he celebrates his 60th birthday.
