The train of Oyo State APC Youth Reconciliation Committee set up to broker peace among the party teeming youths received a big boost at some Local Govts in Oyo Federal constituency comprising Oyo East, Oyo West, Atiba Local Government areas on Tuesday, 12th September 2022.
The Hon. Okunlola Taiwo led committee at L.A Primary School Idi-ope open ground, commended the efforts of the party stakeholders, youth wing in particular for their steadfastness and commitment to party progressive ideal.
He further charged them on the need to remain committed and united in wooing the few aggrieved party members. “Conflict is natural but must be managed to create much needed cohesion and sense of belonging in order to bring all on board. Therefore, we are doing all from youth wing as youths form a critical mass in winning elections. We are also not relenting in waving olive branch to the undecided,” he concluded.
The State Youth Leader, Prince John Aremu who was also in the entourage of the committee lent his voice by applauding the youths for their devotion and commitment in building a strong party in Oyo Federal constituency. He appealed to the youths to embark on aggressive drive in marketing the party and her candidates as we match towards 2023 general elections.
