Engr Idris Adeoye, a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, has congratulated Dr. Zacch Adelabu Adedeji, Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and former Commissioner of Finance in Oyo State, on his 47th birthday.
