Idris Adeoye on his elevation as a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), describing the honour as fitting recognition for a man whose brilliance and character have consistently stood out in Nigeria’s engineering sector.
In his goodwill message, Akogun praised Engr. Adeoye as a core professional, a disciplined practitioner whose dedication to excellence has earned him admiration within and outside the engineering community. He noted that the new FNSE is also a philanthropist, a compassionate brother, and an exceptionally intelligent individual whose contributions to society go far beyond his professional engagements.
“Engr. Idris Adeoye represents the finest example of what commitment, humility, and service should look like,” Akogun said. “His elevation as a Fellow of the NSE is not just an achievement; it is a deserved validation of years of hard work, integrity, and consistent impact.”
Akogun further described Adeoye as a reassuring presence in both personal and professional circles, highlighting his generosity, humanity, and unwavering support for those around him.
He added that the honour bestowed on Engr. Adeoye is a source of pride, not only to his colleagues in the engineering field but also to the entire Ibadan community.
“On behalf of my family and the people of Ibadan Southeast, I rejoice with my dear brother, Engr. Idris Adeoye, FNSE. I pray that this new recognition opens greater doors of influence, service, and accomplishment,” Akogun stated.
