Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has announced 25 per cent reduction in the tuition fees of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology LAUTECH, Ogbomoso on Tuesday.
Makinde made the announcement while paying a thank you visit to the students of the institution.
According to Engr. Makinde, the 25% reduction will cut across board. The governor noted that despite LAUTECH fees being the lowest in the South-West.
Having fixed the Under G road and actualised the sole ownership of LAUTECH for Oyo state, Engr. Makinde told the university community that he has fulfilled his electioneering campaign,
The 25% reduction will affect both the indigene and non-indigene students across the board.
