Senator AbdulFatai Buhari’s Federal University of Agriculture and Technology Oke-Ogun, Oyo State (Establishment) Bill, 2020 (SB. 159), on Wednesday, read for the third time and passed by the Nigerian Senate.
Senator Tolu Odebiyi moved a motion for the Senate to consider reports of Tertiary Institutions and TETFUND on the Federal University of Agriculture and Technology Oke-Ogun, Oyo State (Establishment) Bill, 2020 (SB. 159) by Senator Babba Kaita Ahmad.
The motion was seconded by Senator Elisha Abbo. The Senate resolved into Committee of the Whole for the clause by clause consideration of the bills. It later reverted to Plenary to report progress.
