The Ayingun Olubadan and lawmaker representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Senator Teslim Folarin celebrates a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Olufemi Solagbade Lanlehin, on his 68th birthday anniversary.
The Chairman Senate Committee on Local Content, in a goodwill message he personally signed and made available to journalists in Ibadan on Thursday, described Senator Lanlehin as an apostle of peace, politics without bitterness and stabilizer of Oyo APC.
“As a Senator, he consistently pursued the enactment of quality legislations with a view to strengthening Nigerian democracy as well as even distributions of dividends of democracy to the nine local government areas of Oyo South Senatorial District. Senator Lanlehin’s facilitated projects are still visible to the blind and audible to the deaf”
“Senator Lanlehin’s return to APC family is a blessing. As Chairman of Oyo APC Technical and Strategic Planning Committee, Senator Lanlehin brought his leadership experience to bear on the successful conduct of the recently concluded Membership Registration and Revalidation exercise of the party”.
“Senator Lanlehin is undoubtedly a great asset to the APC and he remains one of the stabilizers of our great party. He is not an over-ambitious leader, rather he focuses on peace and genuine reconciliation in Oyo APC”.
The three-term Senator while praying for long live and prosperity of the legal icon cum politician, urged political gladiators in Oyo State especially the youths to emulate good virtues of Senator Lanlehin.
