Senator Buhari Abdulfatai of Oyo North Senatorial District is set to commission another set of 33 boreholes and seven Information and Communications Technology Centers (ICT) across the 13 local governments areas of the district.
In a release issued by the lawmaker and made available to Journalists on Tuesday, the commissioning will be a week-long event starting from Monday 15th to Friday 19th March, 2021.
Four boreholes will be commissioned at Olorunsogo/Oorelope/Irepo Federal Constituency: Igbeti, Iyana Ira – Kisi, Kraal – Kisi and Igbope while an ICT center will be commissioned at Igbope on Monday 15th March, 2021.
On Tuesday 16th March, 2021, the team will be at Saki West/Saki East/ ATISBO Federal Constituency to commission Seven boreholes at: Sepeteri, Alagolo Village, Ogbooro, Ago-Are Market, Palace Area-Tede, Medina Area-Saki, Temple Area- Saki and two ICT centers at: Irawo Owode Community Grammar School, Irawo Owode and Muslim Grammar School, Oje-Owode.
Wednesday 17th of March, 2021 will feature commissioning of another set of seven boreholes in Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa/Kajola Federal Constituency at Ijio – Iwajowa, Asunara Area – Iwere Ile, Oke Ayo Area- Iwere Ile, Ajase – Isale Ayede- Iganan, Ilero-Kajola, Isemi Ile- Kajola and two ICT centers at Itile Comprehensive High School, Itasa, Iwajowa and Community Grammar School, Ilua, Kajola.
Still at Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Iwajowa/Kajola on Thursday 18th March, commissioning of another seven boreholes will be done at: Okaka – Itesiwaju, Otu- Itesiwaju, Ruga-Fulani- Itesiwaju, Ado Awaye- Iseyin, Ilado-Sagbo Area-Iseyin, Abule Bada -Iseyin and Isale Police Station, Ado Awaye – Iseyin.
At Ogbomoso South/Ogbomoso North/Oriire Federal Constituency, eight boreholes will be commissioned at: Papa Abede, Ijeru II, Ibapon Village, Aje Ogunbado, Isale General, Okelerin, Sabo Area, Araromi and an ICT Center at Faculty of Agriculture, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.
