The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has donated Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Centre to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.
The Global President of LAUTECH Alumni Association, Hon. Onilede Solomon Limo made the disclosure on Friday in a brief chat with journalists in Portharcourt.
Onilede who expressed the association’s profound gratitude to NCC for choosing LAUTECH for the facility, also applauded the efforts of the chairman of the commission, Prof. Adeolu Akande.
“The company donation is an important project which shows NCC’s commitment to boost ICT education in Nigeria. The facility will bring invaluable benefits to the students and staff of the institution” he noted.
