Folarin Mourns Exit of APC Leader, Alhaji Agunyanmole

The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in 2023 general elections and Senator representing Oyo Central senatorial district, Senator Teslim Folarin has extended his condolence to leaders and members of the progressive party in Oyo State over the demise of Alhaji Raimi Aremu Agunyanmole.

 

Alhaji Agunyanmole, until his death, was Chairman of APC in Ogbomoso Noth LGA. According to the party source, he died in the early hours of Saturday after brief illness.

Senator Folarin in his condolence statement described the late Agunyanmole as a result-oriented grassroots politician.

The statement reads in full:

I mourn the passing on of an APC leader and Chairman of our great party in Ogbomoso Noth LGA, Alhaji Raimi Aremu Agunyanmole.

I received the shocking news earlier today. Baba Agunyanmole was a committed APC chieftain and result-oriented grassroots politician.
I join the Agunyanmoles, the progressive family and the good people of the ancient town of Ogbomoso in mourning our leader.
Baba Agunyan will be sorely missed by us. May God Give us the fortitude to bear the great loss and Grant him Al-Janatul Firdaus. [Amin].
