Chief Adeyemi Aderibigbe has reportedly tendered his resignation as Special Adviser on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matters to Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State.
The Ijaiye chief was first appointed as senior special assistant on local government and chieftaincy matter before he was upgraded to a special advisory position.
Aderibigbe was former executive chairman of Akinyele LGA and also served as a special adviser on transports to late former governor Abiola Ajimobi. He was house of representatives candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) 2019 national assembly elections.
The reasons for Hon. Aderibigbe’s resignation could not be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
