Wale Ohu Doing Oyo State Proud: Returns As Ogun APC State Congress Committee Chairman

Ahead of Saturdays state congress of the All Progressives Congress, the Gov. Mai Bala Buni led Caretaker Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has again re-appointed Ibadan based Politician Chief Wale Ohu, to conduct the Ogun state Congress of the Party to elect Party executives that will steer the affairs of the party in the state for the next four years.

The re-appointment according to the National Secretary of the party’s Caretaker and Extra-ordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), Senator John James Akpanudoedehe was hinged on the key performance Indices assessment of the previous activities of the Committees sent to various states for the ward and local government congresses of which the performance of the Ogun state team was adjudged outstanding.

He commended the Chairmen of previous congress committees and their teams for being Pro-active and Ingenious in the handling of activities by thier committees in their various states of assignment.

” We have evaluated the Membership Registration, ward and Local Government congress reports of the various state committees.

We appreciate the effort of the teams sent to the various states before now for the exercise and urge the newly Inaugurated state congress committees not to let down the steam, rather, they should justify the confidence reposed in them.

While responding on behalf his committee, Chief Wale Ohu, congress Committee Chairman for Ogun State, who is one of the few returning Chairmen eulogised the leadership style of the National Caretaker and Extra-ordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC), of the party for being purpose driven and determined and expressed the readiness of the various chairmen in contributing towards the success of the vision of the party’s National leadership by bringing forth the uncountable years of experience of the appointees which will play a very significant role in the discharge of their duties.
