Ajia Balogun, Adegoke Extols Olubadan’s Visionary Leadership At 93

The Ajia Balogun of Ibadanland Olooye Adegboyega Adegoke, has joined other well-meaning Nigerians, the Oyo State government, Council of Chiefs, royal families and Ibadan indigenes in saluting the visionary and purposeful leadership of His Imperial Majesty, Oba Saliu Olasupo Adetunji, Olubadan of Ibadanland on his 93rd birthday, today Thursday 26th August, 2021.

While felicitating with the Olubadan on his birthday, Adegoke wished the royal father more years of good health and strength.

He lauded the traditional ruler for consistently promoting peaceful and harmonious co-existence, and respect for religions and diverse cultures in the state and country as whole.

Ajia Balogun, who is also a senatorial hopeful under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC), Oyo South, noted that Oba Adetunji had successfully carried on with the legacies of his forefathers dating back to the 16th century, with an intentional focus to uphold the beautiful traditions of hospitality, respect for authorities and communal development that has always defined the throne.

He extolled the royal father for his maturity and wise counselling to the leaders and indigenes alike, tutoring the younger generation on the path of good education and entrepreneurship.

Ajia Balogun prayed that Almighty God will continue to protect Oba Adetunji and his family, and grant him more strength to look after his subjects.
