¹A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and 2023 house of assembly hopeful for Iseyin/Itesiwaju State Constituency, Hon. Teslim Kunle has hailed the Supreme Court judgment delivered on a case involving Governor Seyi Makinde-led Oyo State Government versus the elected chairmen and councillors on the platform of the APC.
In a statement he personally signed in Iseyin and made available to journalists on Saturday, Hon. Teslim popularly known as Teskom described ALGON’s victory at the apex court as “a sweet, bitter but a huge victory for democracy.”
“No matter how long, truth will always prevail over falsehood. The Friday’s judgement is a victory for democracy, triumph of legality over impunity”.
“By this judgement, Governor Makinde must have realised that he goofed. I urge him to adhere strictly to the final judgment of the Supreme Court to avoid further embarrassment” Hon. Teskom said.
